Now that we are finally an all-Egg BBQ team, wouldn't this be a great weekend for our 4th teammate to NOT show up with our 4th Egg. But that's allright, we recieved some very respectable scores on Saturday and my teammate Greg Herman (Herm on this forum) and his lovely bride Audra placed 10th overall with a 3rd place (173.5sumthinsumthin out of a possible 180) Egging creme brulee for the Chef's Choice category. Nice work kids.

At one point there was talk of having a category on here to celebrate the accomplishments of the EGG teams in competition. Guess that went the way of the OT forum. With all due respect to those teams like Bobby Q, Dizzy Pig, etc there are a lot of good teams out there that never get any recognition on this forum. Other's like Cookshack and Ole Hickory have a winners section on their sites.
