Spare Ribs...help needed

My wife bought some spare ribs for me to cook on the egg. I have only cooked ribs twice on the egg, they were baby back ribs and the first attempt was pathetic (my second cook on the egg) and the second time was pretty good. It has been about two years ago since I cooked ribs.
Looking for suggestions on cooking these spare ribs..your help is appreciated

There will be many suggestions for ST Louis Ribs, 3-1-1, etc but the easiest way would be to just trim them up a little, remove as much of the membrane as possible, rub with equal parts salt/pepper/paprika/brown sugar. Cook for approx 5 hours at 250, indirect.

I am cooking baby backs for the second time today, I used the Championship Ribs recipe from the BGE cookbook and they were fantastic! The only thingk I did not have then was Cherry wood and just got back from getting some to use today....
Try that recipe, the last time was my very first time cooking ribs period, much less on the Egg, well they are back by demand of the family today. My sister-in-law loves ribs and she said they were the best she ever had, thanks to Dr. BBQ for the recipe! -
my wife sent my daughter to the store for more ribs fearing that we did not have enough. My daughter came home with Rib Back Beef Ribs...I have no idea.. Do I cook these like the spare ribs? Use a different rub (I used Dizzy Dust on the spare ribs). Same cooking time? Your help is once again greatly appreciated...this community is awesome.
