The issue is settled here in Texas Beef is king but I found this video interesting although it doesn't show us BBQ'ers in the best light.

I drove up to Henderson to get a whole hog for Labor Day weekend every year for over 20 years.There is nothing even close to real whole hog BBQ!

Great video. I live just over an hour from Lexington and don't ever remember eating any BBQ from there. Looks like a short road trip is in order in the near future to try it out.
