Hey every-one! Started my first beef brisket this mourning at 7:00 am. My neighbor called me at 7:30 am to tell me the wonderful smell woke him up!!!! I love it when that happens! Any how thanks for all the info on cooking briskets. I will keep you informed how it turns out!
