Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

  • Told ya so, Kim. Looks perfect. I'm glad you enjoyed them. Like Max said in my post, let's keep this quiet so the price doesn't go up to $10 per lb.!!!

  • the hanger steak is the muscle that "hangs" between the rib cage and the diaphram in the cow.. . . there is only one per cow. .. . it is also called the "butcher's steak" cause in the old days the butchers would take them home cause they knew how good they were. ... they are very hard to find as most grocery stores don't even carry them. ... they are very popular in france.. .. and you can often find them served in french bistros. . .simply put, its the most flavorful piece of meat on the cow. ..very deep beefy flavor...
