Cowboy dinner

Here is my version of a cowboy dinner, well, maybe an Australian cowboy. This was a Winn-Dixie sirloin that I got on sale yesterday for $2.99 a pound. I hit it with Tex-Joy and let the Egg do the rest. I wish now that I'd cooked the whole thing. Not a great pic because it's an iPhone. I don't do steaks very often but this one was really good!!!
