Pork tenderloin leftovers

Had plenty leftover, was just going to make sandwiches, but needed a better excuse to fire up the egg again tonite. Chopped up the leftover coffee-crusted tenderloin from last night, added chopped fuji apple, havarti swiss cheese, salt and brown sugar and wrapped up into a calzone. Served with a maple dijon dipping sauce. Something different.
