what temp and method--foil? cider vinegar?
I'm getting ready for my first ribs of the summer--late, I know. -
I didn't use any foil. I peeled the skin off the back of the ribs and rubbed them down with John Henry's Sugar Maple Rub Seasoning. Then I set up the plate setter with a pan on top filled with mango juice and cooked them indirectly. They cooked at 225-250 for 6hrs. Go luck get the late start on your ribs!!!
