I'd say bottle opener or radio with iPod dock.
No beer, no tunes , no egging. -
That would have to be the Guru DigiQII. I could not do all of the ultra low & slow smoking without it; bacon, sausage, bologna, summer sausage and jerky. Almost every other accessory I use could be replaced with something homemade or jury rigged. I really enjoy a restfull night's sleep too. Mark

matches....seriously it would be my Thermapen
-
THERMAPEN :P Okay next question
-
mine would be the teak rocker that sits next to the egg, i can get a beer open without an openerfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
-
I would really hate to give up my digiq2 and thermopen but i would never give up a Miller Lite while the BGE is doing its Magic
-
-
My Thermapen.
-
Past the thermometer, I’m really liking the CI on the BGE.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX
-
My glass of wine

Without question it would be the tjv's Adjustable Rig/Spider Combo and the AR/Spider would be the first accessory I would buy for a large.
GG -
I'd say the beer fridge that is 3 steps or one jump from the egg.
GOOD EATS AND GOOD FRIENDS

LOL OK so why do we all panic so when the FORUM is down??? we can figure out how to do about anything to do a cook on the egg but let us try to sign on and be denied and we freak out LOL well I do anyways
-
Thermapen. -RP

Good thinking, Julie. You say the forum and I'm inclined to agree with you. I can use the forum whether I'm eggin' or not. Unless it is down.
-
The simple reason you didn't get the answer you were looking for is the forum is not a toy. Much in the same way that air isn't  :woohoo:

THERMAPENSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

DigiQII - I still don't sleep straight through the night with a long cook but I sure get a lot more sleep than I did before I got one!
-
I'm with weekend warrior. Couldn't do without the
GaruDigII. Do lots of low and slow, and, it's nice to put it on and go to bed and forget about it.

I second that. These are the essentials.
-
I'll jump on the thermapen bandwagon. I use almost every cook.

AZRP.....

What was I thinking? Of course the Filly. -RP

Woo
(beer / wine isn't a toy - it's on a par with food/charcoal/air, thermapen can be done without, thirdhand - well I could use the original grate lifter if I could find it, company - that's optional)
Yes - Woo
