Can't sleep

So, what is this insomnia cure I hear of called "skype" (sp?) skipe (sp?) .............. and how do I participate? I'm not the least bit sleepy tonight. Usually sleep like a baby........wake up and cry every 2 hours.

seems to be quite a download process. Window noted the download could not be complete, yet the shortcut appeared on my desktop.........so I'm proceeding. Simply spinning.......which should put me to sleep.

When I can't sleep I count lamb chops as they jump over my BGE. By the time I get to 5 or 6 I'm full and drift off.
