Basil butter- parmesan chicken breasts with grilled potatoes-onions-apples. About 15 mins @ 400F. Delicious!

We sometimes think the egg is only for the exotic, special occasions, or big long slow cooks.
Your post is timely.
Times are tough for a lot of folk.
Simple cooks everyday by fire was the norm long ago in simpler times.
It's Canada day today, a day to be thankful for that we along with our great friends in the United States live as free people.
So many don't.
May God continue to bless Canada and the United States of America.
