Wife just bought a bunch of boneless skinless chicken breasts and I'd like to do them on the BGE. Anyone have any good BBQ recipies for them ?

I was thinking of just hitting them with mustard and some quality rub...

Thanks !!

Ross in Ventura did some skin on chicken and it was fantastic. This is just as good on bonless, skinless chicken (looks prettier on skin on chicken though).

here is one I found in the archives

    1 oz soy sauce
    1 oz honey
    1 oz Dean Steak sauce

marinated them in a plastic bag for about 4 hours

put on bge at 350 and took them off when they hit 155 internal

I used the residual marinade to baste as they cooked

definitely will do this one again

  • I cooked six tonight. I used a store bought marinade of teriyaki and honey. Cooked a 350 to internal of 160. Served with salad and spaghetti noodles that were mixed with butter and parmesean.
