Charcoal steak -- Whatever that is!
My wife is eschewing meat more and more, and I decided that I couldn't hold out any more. Bout 4 little charcoal steaks -- feroze three...
So,,, BGE + Lump + Weed Burner + just a few minutes
Then -- steak with s/p on the CI grill for 90 secs a side at 700F. Close 'er down for another 2 minutes.'
Let 'er rest -- then attack!
Oh, tastiness!
Just what is a charcoal steak? Other than tasty... an' right good eats!
Beats the 1/2 hamburg I got for Fathers Day, I suppose I can't complain too much, since I later got a chilled grease sammy [grilled cheese] all to myself.
I think the wife's reasoning is that if we eat half as many cows, there will be half as many animals to be fed -- And half as many farts will ge generated by those non-existent g=vows and we will save the Ozone Layer, or something like that.

Oh, well, your wife's reasoning, maybe not...we've got cows for milk too, do we restrict milk and cheese. Don't know about the CO content in pig farts, lamb farts, chicken farts, and, can I say, human farts. And, don't you think the trees love those farts, the trees that produce O2. Not sure the ozone layer will be saved by the lack of farts.

Glad to see you cooked that steak.
Hope it was as good as you were thinking.

To cut down on cow farts. I'm eating them so they can't fart anymore.
