Hi folks - I've peeked in on this forum for a couple of months but with the arrival yesterday of my latest new toy - a Medium Egg - I guess I'm now officially a newbie Egghead.
I'm not new to ceramics - I also own a Primo XL Oval which I bought back in February - but I bought the medium because it looked perfect for the Margherita pizzas I make at 650° - 700°....and because the egg is so cool looking..and because my wife let me...
So anyway...HI!
