I have emailed the store, but is it something I need, I just ordered the extended rack, wok and drip pans. Trying to figure out what it does. Any Help would be great. Thank you in advance.

    If you are just getting the extender rack ...
    1. it will put you slightly below the felt line....3 1/2 "

    2. the extender sits on to of a grid, so you will need another grid to put on top of it.

    3. not sure how the wok will work without the spider...you will have to sit it on your normal grid setup...unless the wok has a flat bottom...not sure if you can use it that way.

    1. simply give you a raise grid at felt level ....4"

    2. Tom has added a frame on the bottom of this woo to put a pizza stone/pan to give you a indirect setup...if you dont have a plate setter to do this.

    3. The bottom frame also holds a wok at the same level the original grid sits.
