I made a giant pot of it (is there any other way) and just will not be able to eat it all. Anyone had any luck freezing in Food-saver™ bags? I'm going to give it a shot, as it will be thrown out anyway...

I'm thinking that unless you flash-freeze it the cabbage will likely not survive the freeze. May want to freeze the meat and cabbage separately just in case.

Every St. Pat's Day I cook CB@C for 300-400 people. There is never much left, but ,yes, I have frozen it with no problem. Heats up great!

Unfortunately, it would be near impossible to separate out the meat and cabbage at this point, as it is already combined. (I used the canned stuff :ermm: )

I do not knowing anything about corned beef but I use cabbage in my vegetable beef stew and the cabbage is just fine after freezing. This is the greatest signature EVAR!

Well, thanks for the replies, I'm going to give it a shot, freezing into one-serving size bags. It's too tasty to throw away!
