Just came back from the grocery to pick up sugar to make some rub and noticed that Domino has a product that I have not seen before. It is called Demerara washed raw cane sugar.Any comments on this.Is it as good, better or worse than the Sugar In The Raw from Hawaii?

Had to get started because they are calling for rain all day today. It has a good flavor and the grains are large similar to The stuff from Hawaii.I mixed two parts Dizzy dust to one part sugar. We will find out around five o'clock how things turned out.

Thanks Rod. They make a statement that it has a hint of molasses flavor and a rich aroma. The mention of molasses is what got my attention because if it is a bit to much the flavor is altogether different.
