<p />I just came back from vacation in Destin Fl. I used my MINI egg twice a day for 6 days in a row & it outperformed !!
Made shrimp on scewers, ABTs, Flank steak, T-bone steaks, red snapper,
and Tilapia wrapped in bacon.
I transported it on the backseat of my Maxima, with seat belt around it - this was alot of fun & great eating after a day at the beach.

Tim H., as per YB's instructions (the originator of that idea )
i had a ring made at my factory: 9"od x 1.5" wide x 1/8" thk. stainless steel with 3 1/2"nuts spot welded at the circumferance (120 deg appart) to center the ring inside the egg.
I purchased a second grid to lay on top of the ring.
Reason: able to place a drip pan (or aluminum foil) under the main grid, get twice the cooking area (1 grid=63.62in² 4 burgers, 2 grids=127.24in² 8 burgers)
