For some reason I think this is not my first.....Note to Self on Flashing.......LOL. Spatchcock bird is looking good though.....

last time i wrote that "note" i has lost all the hair on one arm, eyebrows, eyelashes and a portion of locks that cover the gourd.

Ha! It's been months since I forgot. Egg steady at 550 for about 30 minutes, getting ready to put on a pizza. Didn't do it just once, but twice!! :woohoo:
