Having been in southern California all week on business and tired of eating fish, I stopped by my BGE dealer who also has a small resturant, for a BBQ sandwich. I needed a new fire grate for my large and while looking around it seemed this little guy kept staring at me and begging for me to take him home. :laugh:
I just set it on the table for the picture and need to remove the packing material and install the thermometer. I think I will also go ahead and call the dealer to order the stand.
Should be fun to take along for a Cub Scout campout next weekend! :P

Just followed you home? :laugh: KayNOcook said likely story. :silly: Our little Piglet just jumped in our car at the FL Eggfest and followed us home too. :woohoo: She is an awesome little cooking machine and we just love her. Yes it will be a lot of fun at the Scout campout.

I agree with Mainegg....you will use the mini more than you think. It is a great compliment to your large.
Prior to getting my mini, I always thought they were more of a novelty. After having the mini for some time now that is far from the truth. And you get the bonus of portability!!!! -
It actually looks great on the table, if you get the stand are you going to leave it there???

My wife was with me and approved the purchase so I guess I will get to keep it.

I was actually thinking of using the stand on the table but it may get a little high. I was also thinking of the stand for camping trips. Maybe I should just get a chiminea with a stand then I could use the stand for camping

I'm not at home or I would measure the distance from the bottom of the mini to the ground. (yes, mine is on the ground)LOL
It does not raise it a whole lot so you might have a chance.
