I home alone today...went for a 25 mile bike ride, watched golf, now have the Indians game on. I'm firing up the mini for barbecued boneless/skinless chicken breasts and then cracking a beer.

Mainegg, that's the truth!!! It's funny how quiet your house can be when home alone. The family will be back late tonight though...I'll enjoy it while I can but will be happy when they're back home. -

I'm just impressed that you made a salad at all. When it's just me at home, I tend to eat meat, with a side of meat, and then some meat for desert. Oh, and just before going to bed, I'll go into the fridge and have a few bites of leftover, well, meat!
