Butt Temp

Went to bed about midnight and the dome temp was just over 250. Woke up about 7 and the dome temp was about 180.
The butt was 140.
I've opened the vents a little more and it's going up so the fire didn't die out.
Do I have to worry? Don't want to poison anyone.

Internal meat temp is not your concern for safety - ambient temp and meat surface temp are much more important. -
