Will Someone Critique My Burnt Ends Plans?

I have my brisket on now. Planning on cubing the point and re applying rub. Then smoking for another 2 hours, then smothering in sauce for about an hour or so. Any suggestions? This is my first attempt at burnt ends.

I've never done them,I only cook flats.From what I have read on here and on thirdeye's site sounds like you got it.
