first cook tonight. Thanks to all for the help and advice on the forum. Using your advice, got the temp on 350 and held it with minor deviations thorughout. Cooked a chicken with a rub of cumin, paprica, salt, pepper, and orange marmalade.
I didn't try any wood chips this time but it turned out great. I'd include an image, but I don't know how.
