Flip Video Camera - Making Movies

I know a number of you have taken my advice and purchased a Flip video camera to record those precious moments that might otherwise get lost in the shuffle of life. But turning the videos into a movie are two different things.
Not to worry. If your computer doesn't already have Windows Movie Maker (or some other movie editing program) you can download Windows Movie Maker for free from Microsoft.

Then you can go to YouTube to learn how to use the program.

With all these tools I expect to see some cool movies from you "Flipheads."
Oh yea, you can also turn still photos into a movie presentation. Gives the photos a whole new life, complete with music and captions.

I should also point out that the Flip Video Camera could be very useful in business applications or training or when showing progress on a project or while discussing projects with contractors or inventoring your possessions or a million other uses.
Lawn Ranger pointed out that he could use it to show administrators exactly what is needed or what is being done.
The movies can be easily posted on YouTube.
Of course, we Eggheads will probably use it mostly to show off our recent successes on the Egg.

fyi - the flip is on sale as today's special on www.woot.com for $89.99. While it is a refurbished unit, it seemed like a buy and I purchased one.
