Hey,
I never questioned you... Where on the Gulf Coast are you?
Ps, if posting from Photobucket, copy the IMG link and paste in... Your pics will show up fine... -
Looks like a couple of little red "X"s inside of a couple of boxes.

I have never questioned whether or not you owned an egg....but I am going to question whether or not you own a camera...I don't see any pictures...so now I am going to have to question the egg ownership if you are in the habit of lying about such trivial things

Unfortunately I am not a recipe guy so I couldn't tell you exactly what was in it. I get in trouble all the time for making something that tastes incredible and then not being able to re-create it exactly but for me that is the fun of cooking.
I believe the ingredients were;
Pink Gulf Shrimp roughly 16-20s
kerrygold Irish butter, melted
Johnnys garlic spread powder
Panko Bread Crumbs
Lemon Zest
Lemon Juice
Cracked Pepper
Just peel and de vane shrimp, arrange on a metal tray in a fancy way, sprinkle the top with panko bread crumbs, mix together all of the other ingredients in reasonable proportion with the melted butter and drizzle over the bread crumbs and shrimp. Get the egg rip roaring at about 500 and put em in there until done and top is browned and crisp, maybe about 5-10 minutes.
Sorry I can't be much more specific. I could try but I'd be guessing. Next time I will write it down and if it turns out to be pretty good I will post it.
They were pretty darn good- -

THANKS !!!!!
I cooked last night and enkpyed it thoroughly. My office enjoyed them today for lunch. It was fantastic.
