Sunday Dinner-Baby Backs, Potatoes and Carrots

made 2 racks of baby backs on XL with baked potatoes(2hours) and carrots seasoned with maple syrup, ginger and brown sugar(1 and half hour)
Ribs i did with greek seasoning, white pepper, paprika,chili powder and black peepper on bone side and yellow mustard on one and yellow mustard with minced garlic on the other...and basting with mesquite seasoning every half hour on meat side and bone side every hour..250 degrees dome for 4 hours..
