Flipping through the coupon section I found A&W Root Beer and Dr. Pepper BBQ sauces. Anyone every try these?

I know that cooking a beer can chicken on the egg is really good with a half full can of Dr. Pepper. Really tasty. So hopefully the sauce has some of the same flavors. My favorite is still that darn Blues Hog stuff :-)

You must like a sweet tasting sauce.Coke has 39 grams of sugar per 12 oz serving.

A&W has the highest count of the most popular drinks weighing in at 46 grams per 12 oz.

Dr. Pepper has 40 grams per 12 oz.

Good luck.It is the taste that you are looking for that counts.

If you're ever in Scottsdale AZ there's a restaurant called Roaring Fork that serves upscale cowboy cuisine. They have a really good beef short ribs served with Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce. I've found a pretty good representation of this sauce on the Internet if you're interested.
