Richard Fl Stuffed Pork Loin question

Richard, would you recommend scroll cutting the pork loin for this and rolling it up like a jelly roll? Your pictures show a different method and I think you mentioned you were going to try it like this. THANKS!

    I try to cut them like a jelly roll about 3/8-1/2 in thick and then pound on it some to flatten out. Does not work all the time.
    The Professor of stuffed pork loins is Mr Toad and he suggested cutting it into thirds along the length. Have not done that myself.
    Those pics are of one that I basically cut in thick jelly style.
