2 butts in small help?

I am looking to smoke 2 butt's for my party but intend to do these on the small, as the large will have 2 briskets. I need some of you smarter persons to help me figure out how to do this. Thanks.[p]Buck

    I think you might have a better chance of doing them all on the large. I have done 2 8lb butts and a 6lb brisket at once and probably could have gotten another brisket or butt on if necessary.[p]Set up: Lump to bottom of fire ring, platesetter (legs up), drip pan (I use a 15" round deep dish pizza pan covered in foil), main grate, briskets, grid extender, butts. Someone on here has a pic of this setup.[p]Just be careful the dome thermo does not hit the butts.[p]Good Luck![p]
