I've just bought a big green egg and didn't they neglected to include my cookbook. Can anyone tell me, how long and at what temperature I should cook babyback ribs??

    <p />SavagOrang,
At the risk of getting in trouble. You don't need the book. Everyone here will help a bunch.
Now, I do my babybacks at 225-250 indirect for 5 hours rotating and flipping every hour or so.
Sauce goes on some 30 minutes before comsuming and some don't.
    Good luck, [p]CWM
