    indirect 375 for one hour last 10 minutes brushed with sweet baby rays.Oh,, I marinated in italian dressing, lime and worcestershire.

    I was really quiet suprised at being able to start a quick fire, get up to temp and being able to stay there. Very pleased with firt results.
