or heart attack waiting to happen! as one of the ladies that works for me and is a retired nurse just called them :)I cheated and bought pizza dough. I was in a hurry and did not want to take the time to make home made. I was mad at myself afterward as they could have only been better

Hi Rooster, I got it on eBay and it is a cast iron pie plate. I think it is cottage something?? I will check when I get home. i love it for the onion pies

Hi there Mainegg...I see you used the Hannaford dough in this case. Hannaford carries Portland Pie Co. dough, you may already know of them as they are a small Maine pizza chain (only a few restaurants) based out of Portland. The stuff is awesome, enough so that I never make my own anymore. If you are lucky enough to see the "beer dough" at Hannaford it rocks! If not, the white dough is fine. Try it someday.
