We smoked 18 links of italian sausage, but only devoured about 5 of them. Due to smoking them "blind" (we have no temp thermometer)most of them were charred. 5 five we ate were eggliscious! USe one huge cheery chunk for about 1 hr 50 minutes.
The steaks came out just a tiny bit dry, but enough juice to satisfy us.
All in all, yet another good meal from the 'ol soldier! Pics of yesterday's Egg Out will be posted sometime late this week...before and after pics, and us having a good time!
Tonight we will be attempting pork ribs. This time we will be using a rib rack for the 1st time with the Egg. Wish us the best of luck!
