Doing ribs tonight. Bought a bag of Jack Daniels wood chips about a month ago and haven't used any as yet. Wondering how the ribs would do with J.D. chips for smoke. Any thoughts?? Thanks!

Heard they are great on ribs. I have a bag that Tim brought up that I still want to try. djm5x9 had nothing but good things to say about the JD chips. I say go for it![p]Let us know how they come out.[p]NB

Doug:[p]The JD chips are my favorite over regular oak chips. I suggest you start with a good handful first and adjust subsequent cooks based on this cooks results.
