The view from the deck. The house under construction is 27,000 sq. feet....equipped with it's own Chapel inside.
Spring Chicken/Hen breakfast class.
Grillmeister cooked all day and taught classes.

Thanks Mike - looked like fun! BTW those distant shots of the lake looks like miles of sandy beaches or is the lake low right now?Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

We had an absolutely fantastic time - the classes were great (we came home and spatchcocked a chicken yesterday based on the great demo!) and the food was lovely.
We'll definitely be looking to attend again next year, we might even sign up to cook something if we're feeling brave!
Thanks to all who participated - it was great to see so many people making good food and passing on great tips in the process.

You have to share that pecan vinegar pie recipe by the way hehe...
Cheers! -
Looks like a lot of fun! How do we find out about being participants in next years event?
