Just took a brisket off that cooked all night. It is in the cooler. I have a fishing tourney starting Thursday this week and will be using it for sandwiches. Should I freeze it or just refrigerate it until then? Thanks in advance

I'd go for the fridge. That was you can sample it all week to make sure it's OK!
Zip locks and maybe a bit it Beef broth or somethin'. -
It'll be fine in the fridge.
