Howdy,

We have a couple slots open for cooking demos at the Texas Eggfest Univesity this weekend at the Texas Eggfest. If you are interested, drop me a note with what you would like to demonstrate. Thanks.

Yep. Two of them. An old quarterhorse named Cowboy and a 4 year old cross between a belgian and quarterhorse named Barley.

Put Spring Chicken down to teach cooking breakfast on the Griddle Q accessory.

With my able bodied sous chef, Spring Hen, we will transform a simple muffin into a worthy breakfast using only some butter, an egg, a slice of ham some cheese and a touch of salt and pepper. It's known here at the Chicken Ranch as an Egg McMillin.

Simple and delicious, and oh so easy on the Griddle Q.

We will be proudly wearing our Texas Eggfest University aprons.

I am too much of an amateur to consider it, but I look forward to learning from the Eggfest University.

    Thanks,

Many of us 'think' we know a enough to get by on. The difference is that some are willing to share what we 'think' we know. I enjoy being in that group. The key , or course, is how much we 'share, not how much we 'know.'

Next year you can take my place.
