In today's SundayAJC - very good article for eggheads to read. Sorry if this is already posted - a quick scan and I didn't see it.

Thanks for posting that article Rod!

  • Thanks Rod...good read. I think the Bubba is a bit misguided. Target should be high end gas grills and not the ceramic cookers. As pointed out by the writer, nice grill, can't hold temp, untested over time. I would imagine life expectancy of a gasser.

Oh well, I welcome all comers.

My neighbor is a big wig at HD. He mentioned it about a week ago and asked if I had heard of the Bubba Keg.

    I was clueless until now.

    Thanks for posting!!

I just read this article this morning, have not seen one in person yet, but did find it interesting! Loved the last line of the article: "Man's at his most Bubba when he's grilling!"

I saw this grill about a month ago at 2 different H depot locations....$799.95 was the price at both locations.Maybe the price is already falling.

    Nice article.

After looking at their website I'm not sure I'd want to pull Bubba behind my car considering the small wheels; maybe behind a lawnmower.

I have a friend who has cooked on the Bubba and he has been at my house for the egg food. The Bubba is hard to maintain consistent temps and longer cooks are up and down. Nice article Go EGG!
