and I now have some available ingredients! Several things will be cooking at our camp, since Woo, Chuck, Lard, Chris Lane, BrianJ and little Kenny will all be there, but I'm agonna do some st. louis spares, and take the tip trimmings and make rib sausage fatties. Was waffling trying to figure out what to cook, and now I'm on it!
Will have at least 2 larges and an XL available for the after party (and the pre-party for that matter).
