Cooked a couple of Pizzas on the Egg.
Home made dough (made the evening before) and 2 each of the following variations :
2 x Tomato-Sauce, Mozarella, Cheddar, Tomatoes, Oregano, Italian Salami, fresh Basil
2 x Tomato-Sauce, Mozarella, Cheddar, Tomatoes, Oregano => and topped with Arugula, Parma Ham, grated Parmesan and fresh Basil after grilling
They took about 3 1/2 to 4 Minutes each at ~700 F and turned out mighty fine.

Those pizzas look fantastic!! What great combinations, absolutely beautiful. Would you mind sharing your pizza dough recipe?

Mama Mia, thatsa soma nice pizza!! My question is, how do you open an Egg that's been crankin' @ 700 degrees for 3-4 minutes? Obviously, very carefully,... but how do you avoid flashback? TIA!

Avoiding flashbacks ? I´m enjoying them, they are part of the show
Seriously, burping the egg and wearing good gloves helps a lot.
I also have some really good charcoal from argentina that comes in huge chunks, in find i get less flashback with them as i get with the regular smaller size charcoal.
