So is anyone going? This is going to be my first fest. Got into town yesterday afternoon after a very nice drive from Omaha. Met Laurel and her daughter Erin; very nice people. Laurel said there are going to be 23 eggs fired up and cooking. I'm going to do some tritips with assorted dipping sauces.

I brought my camera and will post pics later....much later.

    One thing I learned at OKC is that anything (food) on your table is fair game to be snatched up by the hungry crowd :lol:
