Long time looker first time buyer.
Bought an egg this afternoon and curently cooking lunch.
My name is half and half becuase my wife is vegetarian so i will be scouting out new and exciting vegetable ideas. Other than that just want to read what everyone is saying and learn from others.

My wife is a vegetarian too... lots of stuff you can do.
Pizzas, soups, quesadillas, asparagus, corn ... -
Grind up some pork, add salt, pepper, fennel, parmesean,
(here comes the vegetarian part), parsley. That's about as good as I can do. Sorry. -
Welcome. I have learned a lot from this forum. Don't be afraid to try different things on the egg. I been cooking on it for about eight months and only had one bad meal. The bad meal was my fault not the eggs. Good luck.
