It's hard to beat a steak from the egg.I got the mini started and ready to sear in less than 15 minutes :woohoo: Did I mention that the mini is awesome?Here is the egg getting ready 
Now for the steaks.A couple of giant filets wrapped in bacon and covered with DP's Raising the Steaks :woohoo:
It just don't get much better than this :P DELICIOUS!!!! :woohoo:

see me i am one of those guys that like to also lite a egg and throw something on just to have something to smell while i am smoking.... it also drives the neighbors crazy when i lite the small and throw a old onion in :evil: :ohmy:
