Sea Bass, orange, banana, gr onion, celantro, yellow squash. I think that was all. I helped with Desert Oasis Woman's team, it was very close. TulsaMurph, Egret, BigDaddy - OCT, Desert Filly and Desert Oasis Woman were the contestants.

He already is an OKC Egg Iron Chef. I think he won it 2007. He was one of the judges.

I had a blast at my first eggfest. The food that came off of the approximately 60 eggs going at the same time by veteran eggers was fantastic! Good clean family fun entertainment. You had to be fast to try a sample! Anytime food appeared on a table it was gone within 1 minute! I am amazed at what the Iron Egg Chefs were able to put together in 30 minutes. I got to sample all of the dishes after the judges and they were all good!

Thanks to EVERONE at the Oklahoma City Fest.
This was my wife "Ozark Giggles" and my first fest ever.

There wasn't a grumpy person there and everyone was very helpful. The classes were great. We attended three. The first on was on brisket by Molly Shark. She was a great public speaker. The second was on Ribs by Car Wash Mike. Straight, to the point, down and dirty rib cooking! The third was Egg 101 by AZRP. Great tips and ideas! The whole festival was a learning experience and meeting great folks.

My wife decided to cook at the Springfield, MO fest this fall. I had tasted Car Wash Mike’s ribs, I was astounded. Those were the best ribs I had tasted. Really. When he said we could set up next to him in Springfield, I wept openly.

Thanks again everyone, for a great time.

CarWash Mike extended that honor to us at OKC and his mentoring skills are as great as his ribs! He didn't even mind (too much)when we Eggretted the table!!
