Lump Question: La Flama Mesquite

Just a little bit ago, I purchased a 4# bag of La Flama at a local mexican grocery store where I was picking up spices for my Puerco Pibil.

I used it for that cook, and I liked the "build in" mesquite smoke, good flavors.

It burns good and lights easy, but it also doesn't last very long (a little over 7 hrs at 350 out of 1 bag).

I was wondering if anyone else had any experiences with this stuff?
