Took some bakers and a few minutes in the microwave. Then out to the trusty mini - put some garlic butter while on the mini.

Pulled them, added some fresh chives, onions, cheese and some small cut BB Bacon.

Thanks Gunnar, for that earlier post. That was a great cook. Sorry about no pictures but potatoes are just that, potatoes which always taste better on an egg.

Remember folks no foil, that's kind of like taking a shower with a rain coat on.

Mini is still warm, think I am going out in the snow and cook another one, yes, it is still snowing - but both the chives and eggs are green with a little white cap.

Hey GG, tell me something that isn't better in an Egg. Leave some of the obvious things out too, ie. Crappie, French Fries,...

Are the "Crushed" anything like "Smashed" that I learned on here and have done quite a few times.

There is only one thing I have not liked on the nut, thats when I roasted nuts. Terrible experience.

I haven't tried french fries yet but I do loved blackened fish.

Many times I have cooked hash browns on the egg but never tried those crushed potatoes. Sure did hit the spot tonight.

Nice warm comfort food, once I got out of the snow. 36" inches of snow today 45 minutes east of me and still coming down hard. Only about an inch and a half has stuck down here so far. Cold tomorrow and if the weather guessers are correct 65° the next day. What a year for spring skiing and boarding. On Saturday it's going to be bikini's and snow boots.

Looks like this storm is heading your way. The low is moving real slow. It's very cold and heavy snow - whiteout conditions on some roads.

"I am READY for summer! " me too, I've been ready for a couple of three months now.

If the storm hits you like it is hitting us there is going to be a lot moisture.

The taters are really good, a nice twist.

Very simple and very tasty, almost like chunky hash browns. Precook until fork tender, then brown as long as you like.
