We're staying at the same one we stayed at last year. It's good and walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Shouldn't need a gun.

We're trying to find out if anyone is interested in a Meet & Greet at The Oasis bar, followed by dinner there. No one has said anything so we'll just eat near our hotel and be ready early for Saturday.

    Here's the hotel link.

    Thanks Mickey!

I take it there isn't an "official" hotel then...

Any particular one you would recommend for any particular reason?

    cheers!

No official hotel. My list was from BBQ Outfitters site (it is hard to find).
I would follow "SPRING CHICKENS" advice.

That's a pretty good location. I live down about 5 miles east down 620.

    That's directly across from Lakeline...

Lot's of shopping and good eats around...

Down 183 is a Costco and Sams

There is a 'Super HEB' between there and the Oasis.

    Need more info, just jingle!

I'm planning on it - unless I have to work as a result of unions going on strike...

    I miss everyone!!!

I'll fill you in via email...

I've been out of it for a bit...

I've burnt my gasket and I'm afraid I'll mess up putting the rutland on - and it looks like it could be a big mess!!!
