Anyone ever do city chicken on the egg? Most recipes have you bake it in a liquid. I'm thinking I won't need the liquid.

You raise chickens in an urban environment or what is a City Chicken?

the recipes im seeing are braised with a cover on it, you dont need the cover but if its a braised product your looking for you need some liquid. when ive done pork braised in the liquid in the egg uncovered ive noticed it takes longer to cook, about twice the time of a covered pot.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
