London Broil - How do ya cook it ?

Hi all -[p]Picked up a 2.25 lb London Broil this morning for tomorrow nights dinner. I have never cooked one of these before, and I'm just looking for some tips.[p]Current plan is to rub down with cowlick today, wrap and stick in the fridge. Then tomorrow I will do sear at 600 or so on both sides for a couple of minutes, let it rest while the egg cools, then go at 400 or so til it hits 135 internal. Looking for a nice medium rare. [p]Any modifications to the technique, or any idea how long it will take during the dwell process to hit that temp? [p]Thanks as always -[p]Mike
